Taken as a personal journey or in a group experience, this intensive starts with a personal assessment of your current status and helps you set goals for the following 12 months. Twelve more sessions enhance your knowledge of current health issues and remedies plus information tailored specifically to the needs of the participants.
Individual sessions last one hour and group sessions last two hours. Included is a cooking class, a field trip to local markets with interesting food options, and a trip to a local farmers market as well as our regular check-ins.
